UPDATE FOR COVID SAFE ACT & Illness

If you have any covid-19 symptoms or cold/flu including sore throat, cough, fever/temparature DO NOT ENTER THE PREMISES: Reschedule your appointment please. As a sole trader working over your face and eyes that have moisture, I am at highest risk of contracting nasties: If I get sick and cannot work: I DON NOT GET PAID which means I can't pay rent, which means I will have to close my business.

- Wear a MASK to all appointments, I prefer you bring your own, but I always have them incase.

- HAND Sanitiser at sanitation station on entry. Hand washing available

- Tie hair back to LEFT side

- Bring your own jacket or blanky if you get cold; I cannot offer you one sorry.

- NO kids, guests, friends in studio. 1 person at a time only.

- Duty of responsibility; if you are exposed or test positive to COVID-19 you must let me know.

-Visitation to recent hot spots requires reschedule after 14 days unless a positive COVID test is forwarded.

-Do not make a booking within 14 days of Overseas travel

6 hours notice is required for cancellation/reschedule on Full Sets for COVID. Full Credit will be conditionally applied with reschedule. A portion of your deposit/credit will be absorbed if it cannot. Unfortunately as a sole trader operation I cannot offer refunds or absorb cancellations & be sitting around for hours without income thus a general 48 hours notice is required. Please be aware this IS enforceable. I aim to work with you and be fair; I also expect the same in return. TIA...
